And dammmmmmn, they’re good.
…are what I am making for dessert tomorrow. Just to have an excuse to go to Sur la Table to pick up truffle molds and maybe some glass flasks and bottles and jars for the many different syrup and gastrique ideas racing through my mind.
Like this cherry gastrique. And cardamom syrup. And peach curd…which is going into those truffles with white chocolate.
